GFK - CAST GRATING

Manufactured by filling different types of resins into a special form. Glassfiber which is preliminarily put into a form at an angle of 90 degrees in relation to each other is used for reinforcement. Due to such arrangement of reinforcing bars, the grating can bear load in any direction.

Resin types

1.Polyester resin (ISO). Most used.
- Fire safety: class B2 according to DIN 4102.
- Mechanical properties (стр.77).
- Electrical properties (стр.77).
- Chemical stability (стр.77).
- Thermal properties (стр.77).
2. Vynilester (VH). Characterized by a high chemical stability in comparison with other resin types.
- Fire safety: class B2 according to DIN 4102.
3. Phenol resin (PH). Characterized by a higher degree of fire safety - B1 according to DIN 4102. When burnt, makes low toxicity carbon oxide gas. - NBS analysis of carbon gas (ppm) (стр.77)

Surface types

1. Concave ("groove") with anti-skid degree meeting the requirement of DIN 51130 class R13.
2. Covered with silica sand with anti-skid degree R16 according to DIN 51130.
3. Smooth surface with anti-skid degree R11 according to DIN 51130.

Colors

Any color according to RAL.

Standard version of GFK - cast grating

Resin type – polyester. Glass fiber content – 35%. Concave ("groove") with anti-skid degree meeting the requirement of DIN 51130 class R13.
Color – grey.
